The space
This is a victorian 3 bedroom end of terrace house recently converted into a five bedroom property. Four of the rooms are en-suite with the 5th room having it's own private bathroom. Each rooms comes with its own smart TV with Netflix, Prime etc, mini fridge, coffee machine & sofa bed.

The main beds in each room are a hand made bespoke design featuring an elevated/bunk/raised design to maximise the floor space.

During the conversation the existing lounge was converted to a downstairs bedroom consequently there's no lounge/living area within the property.

The kitchen has recently been refurbished and there's a conservatory with a small dining table.

The configuration of each rooms is as follows:
Room 1 - double bed plus double sofa bed and en-suite
Room 2 - double bed plus single sofa bed and en-suite
Room 3 - single bed plus single sofa bed and en-suite
Room 4 - double bed plus single sofa bed and en-suite
Room 5 - double bed plus single sofa bed and private bathroom

The property is suitable for business travellers with its excellent road links and families visiting the area or people in-between moving house and waiting for the final pieces of the jigsaw to fall into place.

The property is fitted with a device which monitors the noise level, temperature, the number of people in the property, motion within the property, the humidity and moisture. All of these can be checked remotely in real time and the device is programmed to alert us if any of the items monitored exceed a programmed threshold.

*** Strictly no smoking through the property ***
