The property is suitable for business travellers with its excellent road links and families visiting the area or people in-between moving house and waiting for the final pieces of the jigsaw to fall into place.

The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils, a hob and oven.

The master bedroom has either a king size bed or twin beds, open wardrobe, a bedside table and night lights, dressing table and mirror and TV

A single bed in the single room with a bedside table, night light and open wardrobe

There’s a sofa bed in the lounge to sleep 2 extra guests.

The property is fitted with a device which monitors the noise level, temperature, the number of people in the property, motion within the property, the humidity and moisture. All of these can be checked remotely in real time and the device is programmed to alert us if any of the items monitored exceed a programmed threshold.

Neighborhood overview
East Hunsbury is a suburb of Northampton, England.

This house is very conveniently located with local shops only a 5 minute walk, the train station about a 10 minute drive and J15 of the M1 only 2 miles away only an 8 minute drive.
Getting around
For a quick grocery shop, there are a number of small food stores very close to the property. The best of these is the Tesco Express on Butts Road which is a 5 minute walk. Walk to the end of the Weavers towards East Hunsbury Park and you will be on Butts Road.

For a more substantial grocery shop there is a Tesco Extra , which is an 5 minute drive/22 minute walk on Clanell Road Northampton.

The train station is about a 10 minute drive.
