The flat is located on the ground floor

Guests will have privacy and access to the entire flat.
Additional notes
The property is suitable for business travellers with its excellent road links and families visiting the area or people in-between moving house and waiting for the final pieces of the jigsaw to fall into place.

The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils, a hob and oven.

The master bedroom has either a king size bed or twin beds, double wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and night lights, dressing table and mirror and TV

There’s a sofa bed in the lounge to sleep 2 extra guests.

The property is fitted with a device which monitors the noise level, temperature, the number of people in the property, motion within the property, the humidity and moisture. All of these can be checked remotely in real time and the device is programmed to alert us if any of the items monitored exceed a programmed threshold.

Neighborhood overview
Sneinton (pronounced "Snenton") is a village and suburb of Nottingham, England. The area is bounded by Nottingham city centre to the west, Bakersfield to the north, Colwick to the east, and the River Trent to the south

This flat is very conveniently located with the train station within 1 mile (20 min walk) and the Motorpoint Arena 0.8 mile (17 minute walk)
Getting around
For a quick grocery shop, there are a number of small food stores very close to the apartment. The best of these is the Co-Op on Sneinton Dale, which is a 6 minute walk. Walk up the hill on Lord Nelson Street and then turn right onto Sneinton Dale.

For a more substantial grocery shop there is an Aldi on Daleside Road, which is an 8 minute walk/3 minute drive, or a Lidl on Carlton Road, which is a 17 minute walk/5 minute drive.

The apartment is only a 20 minute walk from Nottingham City Centre and there are also good bus links. Nottingham City Transport are a great resource for public transport and you can find them online

The train station is a 20 minute walk or 4 minute drive.
