This room is in a shared house with 4 other rooms but very private. There’s a communal kitchen & dining room/conservatory.
Guest access
During your stay you will have access to the allocated room, kitchen, conservatory &
rear garden (but not the loft or the outside storage).
Additional notes
The property is suitable for business travellers with its excellent road links and families visiting the area or people in-between moving house waiting for the final pieces of the jigsaw to fall into place.

The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils, a hob and electric oven.

The property is fitted with a device that monitors the noise level, temperature, the number of people in the property, motion within the property, the humidity and moisture. All of these can be checked remotely in real time and the device is programmed to alert us if any of the items monitored exceed a programmed threshold.

Neighborhood overview
Acaster House is named after James Acaster who was born in Kettering in 1985 is an English stand-up comedian and television presenter. He has performed for several consecutive years at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and has been nominated for Best Show 5 times.

Within a short drive there are attractions such as Adrenaline Alley, Silverstone race track, Santa Pod raceway, Billing Aquadrome, Wicksteed Park, Stoke Bruerne Canal and Rockingham Castle.

Other nearby towns include Northampton, Wollaston, Mawsley, Corby, Earls Barton, Wellingborough, Bedford and Huntingdon. Road links are very good with easy access to the A14, M1, M6,and A1 all within 20 minutes.
Getting around
Kettering train station is within walking distance where you can use the Midland Mainline train to London (St Pancras), only 4 stops (Wellingborough, Bedford and Luton) and takes approximately an hour.

Or in the other direction are cities such as Leicester, Nottingham & Sheffield
