House Rules

To be upfront and transparent about our attitude to excessive and sustained noise.

If any noise or disturbances are reported by our neighbors, (who have our phone number), there will only be ONE warning phone call from us and next the police will be called - serious offenders will have their bookings cancelled on the spot and without refund.

Likewise, if you are disturbed by noise from the neighbors please let us know. If it is very late at night and/or we are not immediately contactable, it is perfectly acceptable to call the police.

It is not something we expect to happen, but we do take the peaceful enjoyment & sleep of our guests & neighbors very seriously.

The property is suitable for business travellers with its excellent road links & families visiting the area or people in-between moving houses and waiting for the final pieces of the jigsaw to fall into place.

The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils, a gas hob and an electric oven.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, double wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and night lights, dressing table and mirror, TV and en-suite.

The 2nd bedroom has either twin beds or a king-size bed, clothes storage, 2 bedside tables & night lights.

The 3rd bedroom has a single bed, bedside table, night light & single wardrobe.

The property is fitted with a device that monitors the noise level, temperature, the number of people in the property, motion within the property, humidity and moisture. All of these can be checked remotely in real-time and the device is programmed to alert us if any of the items monitored exceed a programmed threshold.

Neighborhood overview
Coyle House is named after Brendan Coyle was born David in Corby in 1963. After leaving for drama school, he began a successful acting career that peaked with his role as Mr. Bates in Emmy award-winning series Downton Abbey. His family still lives in the town

Within a short drive there are attractions such as Silverstone race track, Santa Pod raceway, Billing Aquadrome, Wicksteed Park, Stoke Bruerne Canal & Rockingham Castle.

Other nearby towns include Northampton, Wollaston, Mawsley, Corby, Earls Barton, Wellingborough, Kettering, Bedford and Huntingdon. Road links are very good with easy access to the A14, M1, M6 & A1 all within 20minutes.
