The flat is located on the7th floor

Guests will have privacy and access to the entire flat.
Additional notes
The property is suitable for business travellers with its excellent road links and families visiting the area or people in-between moving house and waiting for the final pieces of the jigsaw to fall into place.

The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils, a hob and oven.

The master bedroom has either a king size bed or twin beds, double wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and night lights, dressing table and mirror and TV

There’s a sofa bed in the lounge to sleep 2 extra guests.

The property is fitted with a device which monitors the noise level, temperature, the number of people in the property, motion within the property, the humidity and moisture. All of these can be checked remotely in real time and the device is programmed to alert us if any of the items monitored exceed a programmed threshold.

Neighborhood overview
There are lots of grocery stores nearby in the City Centre, the largest of these probably being the Tesco at the top of The Victoria Centre.

There are also a number of different shops, banks, bars, and restaurants nearby. Please let us know if you are searching for a specific type of store or restaurant, and we can point you in the right direction!

The apartment is in a great location for all the public transport links. The train station is only a 15 minute walk and there are tram and bus stops nearby
