Please keep noise levels down out of respect for the neighbours. A device is fitted in the property which monitors noise levels (it does not record), motion, number of people in the property and other things. Please be aware that this will alert us if respectful levels or numbers are exceeded.

This is not only for your protection but also ourselves and the neighbours.

If any noise or disturbances are reported by our neighbours, (who have our phone number), there will only be ONE warning phone call from us, and next the police will be called – serious offenders will have their bookings cancelled on the spot and without refund. Likewise, if you are disturbed by noise from the neighbours please let us know. If it is very late at night and/or we are not immediately contactable, it is perfectly acceptable to call the police.

It is not something we expect to happen, but we do take the peaceful enjoyment and sleep of our guests and neighbours very seriously. Please respect our house rules and each other.

Directions: At the end of the street, turn right, then right again, and you can’t miss it, if you have a car, there are various other supermarkets;

Getting around
We love the location of Golf Parade — it offers the best of both worlds. You’re close to local shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and the beach, but just far enough from the heart of Manly to enjoy a peaceful, quiet atmosphere.

Getting to Manly centre is easy. It’s about a 15-20 minute flat walk, and you have two scenic options:
● Beachfront route – a slightly longer but more picturesque walk along the coast.
● Pittwater Road – a more direct route if you’re looking to get there quickly.

If you’d prefer public transport, buses run regularly along Pittwater Road. The 199 bus takes you to both Manly and Warringah Mall, making it a convenient option for getting around.

If you’re driving, there are several public car parks in Manly. We usually park in the Whistler Street Car Park, as it’s central and convenient. While parking can get busy during peak times, we’ve always managed to find a spot. Plus, Manly’s public car parks offer 2 hours of free parking, which is great for short visits or quick trips into town.

Manly wharf will see you on a ferry or fast ferry within minutes. You will be at Circular Quay within half an hour and from here you can catch the train to anywhere in Greater Sydney, Blue Mountains, South or North Coast.
