The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils, a hob, oven, microwave and fridge.
The bed can be either set up as king size bed or twin beds (ideal for contractors) just let us know your preference on the guest arrival form which you will receive five days before your arrival.
The property is fitted with a device which monitors the noise level, temperature, the number of people in the property, motion within the property, the humidity and moisture. All of these can be checked remotely in real time and the device is programmed to alert us if any of the items monitored exceed a programmed threshold. To be clear this is not a recording device but a monitoring device.
It is not something we expect to happen, but we do take the peaceful enjoyment and sleep of our guests and neighbours very seriously. Please respect our house rules and each other.
